As Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, you will be a key leader in daily golf course operations
, working closely with the Superintendent to deliver exceptional playing conditions across all 27 holes.

• Assist in the daily maintenance and conditioning of all turf areas
• Supervise, train, and motivate the grounds maintenance team
• Help plan and execute cultural practices, projects, and renovations
• Monitor turf health, irrigation, moisture management, and chemical applications
• Participate in budgeting, planning, and inventory management
• Play an active role in safety, compliance, and best practices
• Step into leadership when the Superintendent is away

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in golf course maintenance
• Current Illinois Pesticide Applicator’s License, or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe
