Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Join Action Link as a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser in Lake Jackson, TX and the surrounding area. This role focuses on enhancing the retail experience by creating engaging product displays for global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

• Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Work up to 28 hours per week with availability Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. No weekends or evenings.
• Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Work independently and collaborate with a small team when needed.
• Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, and will use it to perform job duties.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Starting pay of $17.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.
