Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $14 - $27 per hour
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met

Front End Checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
