IT Business Intelligence Analyst

Insight Global's client has a Transformation Office that is seeking an IT Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to TMO leadership. This person will help develop executive-level reporting, create presentations for senior leadership, analyze organizational performance metrics, and provide enterprise intelligence to support transformation initiatives. This is not a traditional reporting analyst role. The ideal candidate combines analytics, business acumen, executive communications, and consulting-style problem solving.

Day to Day

• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and leadership materials
• Consolidate data and information from multiple stakeholders into concise business insights
• Support KPI, OKR, and transformation reporting
• Build executive dashboards and reporting packages
• Analyze organizational performance trends and provide recommendations
• Partner with TMO leadership on strategic initiatives
• Assist with governance and executive communications
• Create recurring reporting for leadership reviews and planning activities
• Support ad hoc transformation initiatives as priorities evolve
