Commissioning Services Engineer Level III

The Commissioning Services Engineer Level III supports all projects during the Commissioning Execution Stage under the guidance of the Commissioning Services Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with commissioning planning, supporting Commissioning Technical Field Advisors, and serving as a key contributor to the Commissioning Services team as the focal point for all commissioning-related matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review project contracts and documentation to support site commissioning teams.
• Plan, forecast, and schedule personnel and resources based on weekly project progress.
• Support development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures for commissioning activities.
• Interpret project drawings, P&IDs, process diagrams, and function diagrams for engineered systems.
• Refine field procedures for commissioning and startup activities in collaboration with the Project Support Management team.
• Ensure accurate, complete commissioning documentation and maintain internal commissioning check sheets.
• Promote teamwork across construction and commissioning teams and support safety requirements.
• Support development of procedures, maintain documentation standards, and participate in company training programs.
• Work effectively in a global environment to maintain up-to-date standards and practices.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally and maintain a valid driver's license and passport.
