TD Securities is looking for an Ops Analyst II to join their International Settlements team based in Lake Mary, Florida. This role ensures all requirements are met for the successful settlement of foreign broker dealer transactions.

Responsibilities Include

* Work with a team of operations employees to facilitate the daily settlement of foreign broker dealer transactions while mitigating risk.

* Cross-train in several areas of the department to have a diverse skill set and comprehensive understanding of business flows.

* Review and resolve transaction breaks.

* Develop relationships with applicable members of Operations, Trading, vendors, Internal and External Auditors, Governance & Control, and Technology to ensure partnership and efficient operation and coordination.

Job Requirements /Qualifications

* BS/BA degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience.

* Knowledge of

* Broker Dealer Operations with a focus on Equity Transactions

* FX and Wire Transactions

* Broadridge Systems - GLOSS & BPS

* SWIFT

* Books and Records Balancing

* Proficient in Office 365 suite including Excel and Outlook

* Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems/issues.

* Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills.

* Demonstrates efficient time management skills and critical thinking.

* Demonstrates organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

The Operations Analyst/Specialist II TDS coordinates and executes projects primarily focused on the continuous improvement of Operations and/or the attainment of organizational objectives. The Operations Analyst/Specialist II TDS assists Operations management in identifying opportunities for process improvements, analyzes options (including software, workflow changes, training needs, and procedure modification), and presents recommendations and implements change.

Depth & Scope:

* Performs more complex operational analysis within the Loss Analytics department

* Works independently and works with the Management team in making decisions on policy and procedure changes

* Develops recommendation and coordinates the implementation of new procedures

* Disseminates analyzed findings and makes recommendations to Management pertaining to system configurations and/or process changes
