10 is currently seeking a Senior Client Operations Analyst - Hybrid for a contract to hire position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an 8+ month contract to hire opportunity.

Compensation: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, W2, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview:
The Senior Client Operations Analyst supports a Managed Account Trade Administration team that provides outsourced trading solutions for broker-dealer clients. The role is responsible for processing and supporting trading activities across managed account products while ensuring accuracy, quality control, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a Client Series 7 license, managed account trading experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process daily trading activities including new accounts, contributions, withdrawals, model changes, and tax harvesting requests on behalf of broker-dealer clients
• Provide daily support to internal and external clients through phone and email communication, transaction processing, trade comparison, account reconciliation, and error resolution
• Investigate and troubleshoot trading issues, perform error analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvements and risk reduction
• Review trade blocks, validate orders, support trading events, and ensure trades are processed accurately in accordance with established guidelines

Core Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Managed Account Trade Administration experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, data analysis, and functions such as VLOOKUPs
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Desired Skills:

• Client Series 7 License required (Series 24 also acceptable)
• Invest Cloud APL experience
• Portfolio accounting system experience
• Experience supporting managed accounts, UMA platforms, mutual fund wrap accounts, or fixed income products
