We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing, to join our Fund/Client Accounting team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. 4 day in office required.

• 
  In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Direct multiple Fund Accounting teams responsible for conducting accounting services for a broad array of assigned clients, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
• Manage financial and human resources for the unit and ensure assigned teams are operating effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.
• Direct processes and allocate resources in determining the net asset value (NAV) for assigned funds in multiple sectors for each measurement cycle.
• Manage relationships with a broad set of clients and resolve any unique escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
• Experience evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS rules and supporting implementation of new policies to meet preferred regulatory requirements.
• People Leadership experience.
