Senior Specialist, Middle Office Team Lead
We're seeking a future team member for the role Senior Specialist, Middle Office Team Lead, to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serves as team supervisor/manager for day-to-day operations of a medium to large-sized Middle Office support team.
- Manages daily activities for a Middle Office support team servicing multiple funds and aligns team resources to complete daily tasks.
- Oversees review of data, issue escalations, and complex matters; acts as the first line supervisor for task assignment and issue resolution.
- Directs, motivates, and develops staff while ensuring work quality, compliance with service level agreements, and proper review/documentation of work.
- Provides oversight on review of exceptions, manages escalation and correction of errors, and resolves complex escalated issues.
- Provides product knowledge and technical assistance on moderately complex problems and serves as the team's initial escalation point.
- Prepares performance reviews, provides ongoing feedback, and helps develop team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Mutual fund industry background is preferred.
- 5–7 years of technical and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in accounting support or the mutual fund industry is preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
