• Provisioning laptops and ensuring they are set up according to company standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
• Providing technical support and guidance to employees and clients as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.

• 0-2 years of experience in a technology support role.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with provisioning and managing laptops in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with common operating systems and office applications.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
