Legal Assistant, Lake Mary (Orlando Area - Onsite)
Ansbacher Law is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support our Construction Defect team. While the day-to-day responsibilities may vary, the primary focus will be assisting the Paralegal with a variety of tasks.
Success in this role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative. We are looking for someone with a positive, friendly, and energetic personality, a strong work ethic, and an assertive yet professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and track calendar events, deadlines, and key dates
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital case files
- Maintain service lists and the construction defect conflict checklist binder
- Perform data entry and track documents throughout the case lifecycle
- Draft legal documents under attorney supervision
- Assist with initial deposition preparations and compile materials as needed
- Prepare reports and compilations based on case specifications and attorney requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Support general administrative functions for the legal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be available for full-time, in-person work, at our Lake Mary office. (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm)
- Previous legal experience is required
- Office experience: 1-2 years
- Microsoft Office: 1-2 years
- Aptitude to learn new software
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be flexible and a team player
- Highly organized
Preferred Skills:
- AA or BA college degree
- Law office experience
