As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a highly visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while providing outstanding customer service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, lobbies, common spaces, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify authorization as required, and report irregular conditions according to post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and/or assisting first responders as directed.

+ Document patrols, incidents, and observations in required reports and/or logs, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal management and client representatives.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
