Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or access authorization, and help to deter unauthorized entry in a professional manner;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel when needed;
Maintain awareness of front desk operations, document security-related events and/or visitor activity, and report unusual behavior or concerns according to location protocols;
Support employees, visitors, and vendors with directions, access questions, and other front desk needs while following established security-related procedures
