** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site-specific front desk and security-related procedures for a technology-focused location.

+ Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor check-in and sign-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive access control practices.

+ Answer questions, direct employees, guests, and vendors to appropriate contacts and/or destinations, and communicate clearly with site personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and visitor concerns.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.

+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including notifying designated contacts, documenting security-related events, and assisting with front desk communication during urgent situations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
