Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and following site-specific access procedures;
Monitor entry activity, manage visitor registration, and direct guests, employees, and vendors in accordance with established policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures;
Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation as required by site policy;
Support a professional lobby environment and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and prompt reporting of security-related concerns
