Perform emergency and preventive maintenance of electrical distribution, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, pneumatic tube system, medical gas systems, and building structures.;
Collaborate with other trades and coordinate with outside contractors as job permits.;
Requisition supplies and tools as needed for maintenance tasks.;
Maintain records to ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.;
Coordinate, conduct, and document all fire and life safety measures throughout the facility.
