Position Title:

Finisher

Wage: $19.50 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours:

7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Job security is high since they are a part of the medical industry and offer benefits in a steady (not fast) work environment. This is a 1st shift position located in Lake Mills, IA

Finisher Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Review job travelers and use blueprints to verify customer specifications.
  • Inspect materials to ensure they meet job requirements and quality standards.
  • Operate equipment and perform tasks in assigned production areas (Etching, Rolling, Sanding).
  • Support additional departments such as Special Products, Material Prep, and Shipping as needed.
  • Follow standard work processes, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Finisher Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs repetitively throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to work in environment that is loud and with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, reach, pull, push, and use manual dexterity throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Candidates MUST HAVE a proven track record of several years of solid work history. Please include details of your work experience on your resume.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Great attention to detail & commitment to quality.
  • Strong teamwork mindset.
  • Dependable and punctual with reliable attendance.
  • Clear Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Basic computer and technology skills.
