Our client is a well-established and growing organization seeking an experienced Administrative/Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for a polished, highly organized administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple competing priorities, and understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
The organization works with sensitive customer and project information, including government and defense-related work. As such, candidates must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to always maintain strict confidentiality. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and business partners, making professional presentation and communication skills essential.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Office Admin professional to keep our clients office running and support day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, presentable office and common areas including kitchen, bathrooms, etc
- Arrange inbound/outbound shipping and logistics; coordinate carriers and track shipments
- Greeting and check in guests, customers, and vendors
- Travel and logistics planning
- General administrative tasks
- 5+ years of administrative, office support, receptionist, office coordinator, or related experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM and agentic tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms and carrier processes (Fed Ex, UPS, freight
- Professional appearance and appropriate business attire as this role is the first impression visitors have of the Client.
- Professional, courteous manners in person, by phone, and in written communication
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive company and customer information
- Strong organization and follow-through with minimal supervision

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
Qualified candidates with extensive administrative, logistics, and office coordination experience may be considered at the upper end of the pay range.
Schedule- 30-40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility
