We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities- Coordinating staff, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that renovation projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Work with Renovation Consultants to provide information to help convert inquiries into successful renovation projects (project cost estimates, quotes, timelines, specifications, etc.).
- Work with designers and subcontractors to pull together the overall costs, specifications, and timelines and establish contracts with specific terms and conditions with subcontractors.
- Manage subcontractors throughout the project to deliver great results for customers and profitable projects for Refresh.
- Set and maintain all job schedules.
- Manage liability for Refresh and the customer.
- Maintain good communications with the homeowners to ensure they have a positive experience throughout the renovation and become advocates for Refresh.
- Be the advocate for homeowners, delivering the renovations they want for the budget they have allowed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure they will use Refresh again and recommend Refresh to friends and family.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Must have an active Oregon CCB license and be in good standing with the CCB.
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- A positive, optimistic attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, costing, and contract management.
- Must be able to resolve disputes effectively to meet budget, time, and quality outcomes.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects involving multiple parties.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
