The company provides full-service interior design and exterior imaging, guiding clients from concept through completion. Role Description

The Residential Remodeling Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lake Oswego, OR. This position oversees residential remodeling projects from initial planning through final inspection, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, expediting materials and fixtures, and monitoring logistics to keep projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager conducts site visits, reviews work progress, resolves issues in the field, and communicates regularly with clients and the design team to align expectations.

The role also includes maintaining project documentation, managing change orders, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and standards.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to effectively track, prioritize, and accelerate delivery of materials and finishes.
  • Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify workmanship, code compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate vendors, deliveries, and site operations for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Relevant experience in residential remodeling, construction, or interior design project coordination is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and permits, and to work collaboratively with designers, trades, and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools; valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites.
