Site Director

Kinder Care is seeking a Site Director for Oak Creek Elementary School to lead daily operations of an on-site before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees staff, ensures a safe, nurturing environment, and maintains compliance with state and district regulations. This role manages enrollment, budgeting, and family communication while implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. The Site Director partners with school leadership, coaches educators, and upholds Kinder Care's high standards for inclusion, safety, and educational quality, helping every child thrive academically and socially.
