Sr. Project Manager – Land Development

Project Manager – Full‑time, Exempt –

Location:

Lake Oswego, OR – Salary Range: $139,000 to $182,000 annually.

• Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and foster authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• More than 15 years of engineering experience.
• More than 3 years of experience managing a team of direct reports and projects.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
