Civil Engineer, Sr. Project Manager-Transportation (PE Required)
Full‑time exempt, Professional – Lake Oswego, OR, US & Kirkland, WA. US PACE Engineers, a Verdantas Company, is a Pacific Northwest engineering firm providing civil and structural engineering, planning, surveying, and construction management services from offices in Washington and Oregon.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects across the Pacific Northwest.
- Oversee technical design, project delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and business development activities.
- Engage internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating effectively in written and verbal formats.
- Influence, persuade, and sell ideas to advance internal processes or external products and services.
- Delegate effectively, train, and develop team members as needed.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- PE License in WA and/or OR or ability to obtain within 60 days.
- At least 15+ years of transportation engineering experience with demonstrated project management leadership.
- Proven experience managing multi‑discipline transportation projects including planning, design, and delivery.
- Strong competency with transportation design principles, project development processes, and relevant engineering software (Micro Station, Civil3D, Open Roads).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track record of business development involvement or client relationship building.
Salary Range: $138,000 – $182,000.
