We are currently seeking to add a Sr. Project Manager to our growing Structural team
.
This job focuses on achieving results that support the organization's strategic goals, requiring initiative, competitive drive, and a strong focus on outcomes-even during times of change. The role demands innovation, timely decisions, practical solutions, and a sense of urgency while managing a variety of activities. - Bridge and Transportation Structures
- Construction Support for Contractors and Owners

- Condition Evaluations
- Tenant Improvement Designs
- Seismic Evaluations
- Structural Observation
- Vulnerability Studies
- Telecommunications
- Vaults, Walls, and Tanks
- Water/Wastewater Structures
- Manages multiple projects and sets priorities for staff and sub-consultants.
- Develop new clients and participate in writing proposals.
- Coordinate and manage client requests and needs.
- Applies a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles.
- Serves as a technical advisor to other staff.
- Review design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.
- Bachelor of Science - Civil Engineering
- Masters in Structural a plus
- Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Ten or more years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Concrete Design
