Sr. Project Manager – Land Development

Professional, Lake Oswego, OR

Salary Range: $139,000 to $182,000 annually

Pace Engineers, a Verdantas Company, provides civil and structural engineering, planning, surveying, construction management and environmental services from offices in Washington and Oregon. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all phases of land development projects to deliver on time and on budget, exceeding client expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and foster authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients to support business opportunities.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents, including proposals, scopes of work and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 15+ years of engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and projects.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
  • Excellent client service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
