We are seeking a dedicated, relationship-driven
** Civil Engineer (EIT)
** to join our growing team in Lake Oswego,  this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented group of professionals to design municipal projects for our clients. You’ll play a key part in shaping the communities we serve by delivering high-quality, thoughtful solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Prepare site layouts and designs in support of municipal infrastructure projects.
* Perform engineering calculations and analysis to support design decisions.
* Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met in collaboration with project managers.
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and local agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
* Review and interpret survey reports, maps, and as-built drawings.
* Assist in the preparation of technical reports and cost estimates.
* Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
* EIT Certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
* Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications used in civil engineering, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent computer, technical writing, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
* Valid Drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2-4 years of experience.
* EIT certification with the ability and intent to obtain PE licensure.
* Exposure to municipal and wastewater design standards and software.
* Experience performing construction inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications, and preparing detailed on-site observation reports.###
