Jamie Benway with Robert Half is looking for a dynamic and experienced finance expert to lead our financial operations in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This leadership role requires expertise in managing budgets, overseeing month-end processes, and driving strategic financial initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of executive-level financial management and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all financial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets, maintaining accuracy and accountability.

- Manage month-end close processes to ensure timely and precise financial reporting.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute long-term financial strategies.

- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance profitability.

- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering growth and collaboration.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining integrity in all financial practices.

- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department to enhance processes and results.

Requirements - Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as Director or VP of Finance.

- Expertise in managing annual budgets and overseeing month-end financial processes.

- Strong ability to develop and implement financial policies and strategies.

- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on financial performance and profitability.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.

- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial compliance standards.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
