What you’ll do:
  • Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, tax records, and documentation used in tax compliance and reporting activities.
  • Gather, validate, and organize information from multiple systems and teams to facilitate tax filings, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage tax calendars and monitor filing deadlines, payment schedules, and key compliance milestones.
  • Partner with colleagues across Finance and other business functions to collect information needed for tax filings, audits, and tax‑related initiatives.
  • Respond to information requests from tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors by assembling accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in sales and use tax, VAT, GST, and other transactional tax processes.
  • Maintain organized tax records and documentation to support compliance, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the tax function.
  • Contribute to special projects and broader Finance initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ months of experience in business operations, finance, accounting, compliance, administration, customer support, data management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high‑quality work.
  • Ability to work with data, identify inconsistencies, and solve problems independently.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort learning new systems, processes, and technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner with colleagues across teams.
