Entry Level or Experienced Financial Advisor

Responsibilities

Assist upscale and emerging individuals to meet long‑term financial goals such as retirement, college tuition, and estate planning, with a heavy emphasis on tax reduction. Develop comprehensive financial plans and provide assistance in all phases of implementation. Design and implement 401(k) and other retirement plans for small businesses, with special emphasis on selective benefit plans for highly compensated employees and owners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, law, or a related field.
  • Track record of academic and/or career success.
  • Ability to handle long hours and rigorous training.
  • Impeccable character; subject to thorough background, criminal, credit, and drug testing.
  • Residency: lived in the greater Portland Metro area for three years or more.
Training Program

Our 3‑month training/internship and award‑winning program lead to professional designations, including Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, Masters of Science in Financial Services, and Certified Life Underwriter. Advisors are given time and resources to build professional development and advance within the industry.
