Sales Support Associate

• Identify and support client needs and capabilities in partnership with relationship management and sales support teams
• Support client management teams with sales, referrals, Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, and client retention
• Manage operational and risk components of client relationships, including due diligence processes and account opening
• Ensure accurate and timely customer compliance with policies and regulations
• Interact with clients and client teams to identify opportunities supporting client delight, retention, fraud prevention, and revenue growth
• Ensure client data integrity, including accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of onboarding, KYC, and operational risk/compliance data
• Serve as point of contact for account openings/closings and escalated Contact Center issues
• Connect clients with client team business partners and support teams to navigate service-related issues
• Support Customer Due Diligence processes and AML, money services business, high-risk indicator or industry, and KYC requirements
• Conduct research and analysis to compile sales leads and provide data to client teams and partners

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies and procedures for business/corporate clients
• Strong client focus and direct client contact experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and simultaneously support various priorities
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Experience in Financial Center leadership, Commercial Banking relationship management or support, Business Banking relationship management or support, or Premier relationship management or support
• Credit/Treasury sales servicing and/or operations management experience

Demonstrates expertise in client management, compliance, and operational risk within financial services, with a strong focus on KYC processes and client retention strategies. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to support client interactions and data integrity.
