Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Cancer Institute, Willamette Falls, Oregon City, OR
Full‑time, day shift (4–10 hour shifts, no nights, weekends or holidays scheduled).
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in providing clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area such as critical care, oncology, medicine, or surgery. All duties are performed in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.
ResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with the pharmacy management team to deliver high‑quality clinical pharmacy services within the designated specialty area, ensuring patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes while supporting the overall care mission of the Cancer Institute.
Required Qualifications- Pharm
D or B.S. in Pharmacy - Oregon pharmacist license upon hire
- Either 2 years of PGY2 residency training, or PGY1 residency plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 4 years in a specialty practice setting
- Board Certified Pharmacist (BPS) within 2 years of hire
The position offers a base pay range of $80.10‑$128.07 per hour plus potential shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
