• Lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates to ensure timely medication adherence and prior authorization support
• Proactively oversee patient support in assigned hospitals and clinics to guarantee on-time medication delivery
• Conduct audits and manage workflows to maintain service level goals and efficiency
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development for team members
• Collaborate with hospital management and other clinical teams for effective communication and improvement initiatives

• Must be a registered pharmacy technician with national certification as a CPhT
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in Specialty Pharmacy
• Strong leadership experience, such as Team Lead or equivalent role
• Required educational background:
  High School diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with strong phone skills

• Actively pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree
• Training on leadership/management theory and its practical applications
• Experience with Pharmacy dispensing or EMR systems, such as Willow, Qs1, or RX30
• Exceptional ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
