Join our dynamic team as a part‑time licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Portland, Oregon. We’re looking for a passionate RN who enjoys working in a fun and supportive environment. • Develop clinical leadership protocols and clinical standards to deliver to our members
• Develop and implement quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction
• Oversee the coordination of clinical member care including assessments, care plans, and evaluation of client progress
• Collaborate with staff members to ensure holistic care is delivered to our clients
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of the nursing services and identify areas of improvement

• RN with at least 3 years experience
• Experience in a home health or relevant in‑home care setting preferred
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Able to use Microsoft Office suite and other administrative related office systems
• Must enjoy the senior population and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Has ability to travel as needed
