• Lead enterprise-level strategic inquiries to inform NAVEX''s long-term direction, including growth priorities, portfolio choices, and value creation opportunities
• Shape and evolve NAVEX''s enterprise strategy by synthesizing market, customer, financial, and operational insights into clear strategic recommendations
• Own the strategic substance and outcomes of priority growth and value creation initiatives sponsored by the Chief Growth Officer
• Frame complex, cross-functional problems into clear decision points, options, and trade-offs for executive leadership
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable implications for business priorities, operating plans, and investment decisions
• Prepare executive-level presentations, decision memos, and briefing materials for senior leadership and board discussions
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Growth Officer, pressure-testing ideas and representing the CGO''s perspective in working forums as appropriate
• Help structure ambiguous problems into clear work streams and decisions, amplifying the impact of analysts and specialists across the team

• Bachelor''s degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, corporate strategy, growth strategy or related roles
• Management consulting experience required
• Demonstrated ability to think and operate at the enterprise level, balancing near-term execution with long-term value creation
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Strong strategic judgment with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, decision-ready recommendations
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to support analysis and executive-level storytelling
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
