The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale a world-class global onboarding organization from the ground up, directly influencing Trimble's AECO digital transformation strategy and shaping the future of how the world's most essential industries build and operate.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

* Architect and execute a global vision for customer onboarding and professional services that accelerates time-to-value and maximizes customer outcomes.

* Mastermind the strategy and governance of a global Partner Implementation Ecosystem, defining the standards for external delivery excellence.

* Lead the financial health of the Professional Services organization with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and gross margin targets.

* Serve as a high-level executive sponsor for marquee client projects, managing complex relationships and acting as a final point of escalation.

* Design and scale a high-performing global team of implementation consultants, solution architects, and project managers.

Essential Skills & Experience

* You have 10+ years of leadership in Professional Services or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.

* Direct experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Kantata, Financial Force, or Rocketlane.

* You possess proven experience in a senior global executive role (VP/SVP) managing a multi-million dollar P&L.

* You are an expert at building, managing, and governing a global partner ecosystem for service delivery.

* You have deep financial acumen regarding recurring revenue models (ARR/MRR) and project profitability optimization.

* You maintain a strong understanding of SaaS architecture and standardized delivery methodologies such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile.

* Specialized domain expertise within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO) industries.
