* Basic understanding of healthcare business processes such as:
* Enrollment, Membership, Billing, Claims, or Benefits
* Ability to read and understand system data (basic SQL knowledge preferred, not mandatory)
* Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (members, plans, premiums, benefits)
* Basic knowledge of system integrations or file-based data exchange
* Ability to work with:
* Business requirement documents (BRD)
* Functional requirement documents (FRD)
* Simple data mapping or field definitions
* Exposure to testing or UAT support (test cases, validation, defect reviews)
* Basic understanding of HIPAA-compliant environments (conceptual awareness only)
Roles & Responsibilities
* Support senior analysts and project managers in gathering and documenting business requirements
* Participate in discussions with business and IT teams to:
Understand current processes
Note gaps or clarifications
* Prepare and maintain:
Requirement documents
Process flows
Simple data mapping sheets
* Assist with system testing and UAT activities, including:
Reviewing test cases
Validating expected vs actual results
Logging and tracking issues
* Coordinate with developers, testers, and operations teams to:
Clarify requirements
Answer functional questions
* Help review data outputs, reports, or extracts for basic accuracy and completeness
* Follow defined processes and standards without owning core design decisions
Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 a year
