In this role, you will lead the evolution of our established ERP product suite, identifying strategic opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into our core business logic. You will serve as the primary technical architect for our global ERP systems, ensuring that emerging AI methodologies enhance our existing robust framework while maintaining the high reliability our construction and engineering customers depend on.

Our ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience architecting enterprise solutions, with a deep specialization in ERP business logic and financial workflows. You have a proven track record of deploying agentic AI frameworks that automate complex ERP tasks within production environments. You possess the unique ability to navigate legacy database schemas while implementing cutting-edge RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns and LLM-driven automation.

As a seasoned technical leader, you excel at transforming rigid ERP requirements into flexible, AI-enhanced systems while mentoring a multidisciplinary team of engineers.

Essential skills & experience:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise software development, with a focus on architecting and managing ERP business logic and financial modules.
• ERP & Finance Systems:
  Expert knowledge of ERP system architectures, accounting workflows, and large-scale enterprise resource planning implementations.
• Core Tech Stack:
  Proficient in C#  Framework/Core, with extensive experience building robust, scalable back-end services for business-critical applications.
• Database Mastery:
  Expert level proficiency in SQL Server, including complex query optimization, stored procedures, and managing legacy database schemas.
• System Integration:
  Proven experience in API development, ETL processes, and ensuring data integrity across interconnected enterprise platforms.
• Leadership:
  Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality ERP enhancements and maintaining system stability.
