- Support customer and vendor onboarding by collecting and validating required information

- Communicate with internal teams and external partners via email to gather and validate information
- Assist with ongoing data migration, cleanup, and quality improvement initiatives
- Document processes and support continuous improvement efforts
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume data entry, data quality, records management, or administrative data support
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Experience working across multiple systems and learning new software quickly
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-focused work while maintaining a high level of quality
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership without constant direction
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience working with customer, asset, contract, leasing, fleet, or operational data
- Exposure to data migrations, system consolidations, or data cleanup projects
- Experience working on small, collaborative teams where flexibility and initiative are valued
