On-Call Driver

Job Overview

This position is on-call and includes variable scheduling between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, seven days a week, with occasional late evenings as needed. Our mission is to change how people experience senior living by enhancing the lives of seniors and the quality of our work environment.

Responsibilities include driving seniors to appointments, shopping, excursions, maintaining, fueling, and cleaning vehicles during downtime, and assisting various departments around the community as needed. Daily schedules depend on the community’s needs, so the ideal candidate is friendly, observant, very flexible, patient, organized, willing to jump in, and helpful.

This full‑time position is ideal for retirees looking to supplement income or individuals seeking an exciting career with tremendous growth.

• Excellent driving record is required.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.
• A love for older adults and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and plan around potential changes in senior transportation needs.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, electronic, or schedule form.
• Positivity and a strong work ethic.
• DMV, background checks, and drug testing will be required at the time of hire.
