The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our leadership team, alongside our Department Directors and Assistant Executive Director—someone who is committed to doing the “One Thing”: the right thing.

Our community features 216 residences, including 105 Independent Living apartments, 87 Assisted Living apartments, and 24 Memory Care apartments.
The Executive Director oversees all aspects of this dynamic community and reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations.
- Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Assures adherence to community budget
- Assures a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees
- Assures all employees consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes
- Assures service needs of all residents consistently identified through initial contact, initial screening, and subsequent evaluation processes
- Assures service needs of all residents consistently addressed through development and implementation of service plans
- Assures adherence to all department standards and operational procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of assisted living and independent living regulations
- Current ALF/RCF Administrator license
- 5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director, in a large community
- Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
