Job DescriptionPrecision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program two year, rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This program is specifically designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates.
This position will be in various locations so you must be willing to relocate(US only). The program allows members to preference region(s).Start date for this role is July 12, 2027.
- Unique visibility to multiple levels of the organization (Plant, Division, Corporate)
- 1:1 mentorship tailored to specifically align with assignments and skills gaps
- Access to a training suite that includes in person sessions from industry experts and PCC leadership as well as an online library with over 50k courses, books, podcasts, etc.
- Monthly collaborations on subjects to aid in college to career transitions
- An opportunity to perpetually be considered for promotional opportunities because of your time dedicated during this program
- Benchmarking best practice opportunities at other PCC facilities
- First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Corporate Automation Standards.

- Second year members will be placed at another PCC location continuing to build on the foundations learned in year one, by effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field of study such as:
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Integration, Automation Technology, Computer Science or related field - Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
- Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a U.S. Person*
- Must be willing to relocate twice (program roles located in various US locations only)
- The program allows members to preference regions.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $77000 to $77000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
