What You'll DoAs a Rewind Operator, you'll play an important role in the finishing process by operating equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and meet strict quality standards.
Responsibilities- Receive job assignments and review job specifications for production requirements
- Select proper cores and rewind methods based on job needs
- Review job documentation to ensure finishing, packaging, and shipping requirements are met
- Operate rewind and inspection equipment to process finished label products
- Monitor material flow through machines to identify cutting, winding, or quality issues
- Inspect products for accuracy, including color, size, die cuts, perforations, print quality, and quantity
- Assist with cutting, collating, wrapping, and packaging finished products
- Complete production paperwork and documentation for each job
- Package finished goods for shipment to customers
- Perform basic machine maintenance and replace blades as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Starting pay of $20.00/hr.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Printing, packaging, or production experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and production documents
- Ability to use rulers, scales, and measuring devices
- Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
- Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs. with or without assistance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong visual inspection skills, including color and detail recognition
- Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented mindset
