With a reputation for innovation, quality, and continuous growth, they're looking to add a dependable Digital Finishing Operator to their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on manufacturing, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in producing high‑quality finished products.

What

You'll Do
  • Set up and operate digital label inspection and finishing equipment
  • Read job tickets and specifications to select the correct tooling, cores, and machine setup
  • Inspect printed labels for color, print quality, die cuts, perforations, sizing, and overall appearance
  • Operate slitting equipment to cut printed material to customer specifications
  • Monitor machine performance and identify cutting or winding irregularities
  • Package finished products according to customer and shipping requirements
  • Complete production paperwork and job documentation accurately
  • Assist with cutting, collating, wrapping, and packaging finished products
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Change blades and perform basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What You Need to Have
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (printing or packaging experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and production documents
  • Ability to read rulers, measuring devices, and production specifications
  • Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong color vision and close attention to detail for quality inspections
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
