Our client is a leading manufacturer of custom labels and packaging solutions serving industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products, and technology. With a reputation for innovation, quality, and continuous growth, they're looking to add a dependable Digital Finishing Operator to their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on manufacturing, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in producing high‑quality finished products.
WhatYou'll Do
- Set up and operate digital label inspection and finishing equipment
- Read job tickets and specifications to select the correct tooling, cores, and machine setup
- Inspect printed labels for color, print quality, die cuts, perforations, sizing, and overall appearance
- Operate slitting equipment to cut printed material to customer specifications
- Monitor machine performance and identify cutting or winding irregularities
- Package finished products according to customer and shipping requirements
- Complete production paperwork and job documentation accurately
- Assist with cutting, collating, wrapping, and packaging finished products
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Change blades and perform basic machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (printing or packaging experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and production documents
- Ability to read rulers, measuring devices, and production specifications
- Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong color vision and close attention to detail for quality inspections
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
