Machine Setup:
Read job specifications to select correct cores and rewind methods for each unique project.;
Precision Operation:
Operate equipment to slit continuous lengths of printed material into specified widths and observe the flow of material to detect irregular cutting.;
Quality Control:
Conduct rigorous visual inspections for color accuracy, die-cut precision, perforations, and print quality.;
Equipment Maintenance:
Safely remove or replace blades on inspection machines as needed.;
Shipping Prep:
Assist in cutting, collating, wrapping, and packaging finished goods to ensure they are ready for shipment.
