SALARY: $20–$22/hr doe location:

SCHEDULE:
Full-time;
Monday–Thursday | 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLEHands-on production work:
Operate slitting and rewinding equipment to turn printed label rolls into finished products ready for delivery.
Quality matters:
Your eye for detail helps ensure every roll meets customer requirements for print quality, roll direction, quantity, and packaging.
Build specialized skills:
Gain experience with label-finishing equipment while developing mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge.

Work alongside an experienced production team in a structured, process-driven facility.
WHAT YOU’LL DOSet up and operate slitter/rewinder equipment according to job tickets and production specifications.
Inspect finished label rolls for print defects, alignment, die-cut quality, material issues, and other inconsistencies.
Slit, rewind, and prepare label rolls to the correct size, roll direction, core size, quantity, and packaging requirements.
Remove defective material, identify quality concerns, and communicate production issues to the appropriate team members.
Label, package, and stage completed product for the next production step or shipment.
Complete production records and material-tracking documentation accurately.
Perform routine equipment checks, assist with basic troubleshooting, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORAt least one year of experience in printing, manufacturing, converting, or a similar production environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects and follow exact specifications.
Ability to read job tickets and follow production instructions for quantities, packaging, and finished-product requirements.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around production equipment.
Experience with slitting, rewinding, inspection, flexographic printing, or pressure-sensitive labels is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials, and safely working around moving equipment.
