Join Our Team as an Assisted Living Nurse Manager

Mary's Woods is seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Nurse Manager to lead the clinical team serving our 50-home assisted living community. This role provides clinical leadership while ensuring exceptional care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the care team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and person-centered care.
  • Oversee resident assessments, including admissions, quarterly reviews, and changes in condition, while participating in care conferences and care planning.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and quality assurance standards.
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care and positive outcomes.
  • Support employee performance through coaching, education, regular rounding, and ongoing communication across all shifts.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses as appropriate, monitor trends, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon
  • Minimum of one year experience in an assisted living or community care setting preferred
  • Minimum of two years of management experience
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire
