This is not a sit-back-and-wait recruiting role. This is sales with a recruiting twist (and about 75% business development). You’ll:

• Run the full desk: sales + recruiting = 360° action.
• Build and manage customer relationships from the first cold call to the celebratory placement.
• Grow your book of business like it’s your personal empire—through B2B sales, networking, and fearless cold calling.
• Match top-tier talent with companies in Manufacturing, Construction, and Transportation/Distribution.
• Be the trusted partner for both your clients and your candidates.

Translation: you’ll be part recruiter, part salesperson, part matchmaker, and part professional problem solver.

• $40k base + uncapped commission (sky’s the limit, and yes, people actually hit it)
