Baths By Design is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Sales Representative (1099) to meet with homeowners in Oregon for shower and bath remodeling. We are a family-owned company that emphasizes honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction, and we are not a high-pressure sales organization.
Compensation includes a 10% commission on all sales, with 50% paid at contract signing and 50% after installation. Earn $3,000–$10,000+ per month based on roughly a 30% closing ratio.
