Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving business value by building strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring successful adoption, retention, and growth of software solutions.

• Act as a strategic advisor, defining KPIs and executing success plans aligned with clients' business goals.
• Lead platform adoption by analyzing metrics to promote product usage and upgrades.
• Proactively identify risks and ensure high revenue retention and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer feedback into new service opportunities.
• Participate in industry events to share thought leadership.

• Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing SaaS role, such as Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience managing complex enterprise organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong consulting, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish credibility and motivate stakeholders.

• Knowledge of construction, GIS, or transportation industries.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce CRM, or Esri GIS platforms.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, GIS, Construction Management, or Transportation Engineering.

The role involves onsite work four days a week with some travel and offers a salary range of $65,100–$114,300, along with comprehensive benefits. The position emphasizes a collaborative, innovative culture focused on making a tangible impact.
