Compensation:
Starting at $28/hr doe
Hours:
Part time. 3 days a week. 8am-5pm
Opti Staffing is proud to partner with one of the Pacific Northwest's premier residential glass service companies. For decades, our client has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail. They specialize in residential glass replacement, insulated glass units, shower doors, and custom glass solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Glass Installer to their team.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Measure and replace insulated glass units in residential windows
- Remove window stops and replace damaged glass without replacing entire window frames
- Cut and handle glass and laminated glass materials
- Install and service tempered glass shower doors and enclosures
- Accurately measure vinyl windows for replacement glass orders
- Safely transport materials and tools to customer job sites
- Operate company vehicles in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied homes
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

- Previous residential glass installation experience
- Experience cutting and handling glass and laminated glass
- Ability to accurately measure vinyl windows
- Experience replacing insulated glass units
- Experience installing shower doors and tempered glass products
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with custom residential glass projects
- Familiarity with insulated dual‑pane glass systems
- Experience working independently in customers’ homes
- Knowledge of residential window and door systems
